SR Logistics, Registration No. 40203462776, hereinafter – online storewww.mixo.lv– provides the content available on the homepage and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.
1. General Terms
If the consumer purchases goods/services using the homepage as an intermediary, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia that regulate distance contracts, including but not limited to the Republic of Latvia's 'Consumer Rights Protection Law', the Cabinet of Ministers regulations 'Regulations on Distance Contracts', etc.
2. Making Purchases
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency for transactions on the site is euro. Purchases can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods:

5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are improperly used or damaged, if the goods are treated carelessly during use or if the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons, or personalized goods, cannot be returned.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us by writing to the email addresssupport@mixo.lvwithin 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not match the order (for example, incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer's obligation is to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold payment until it has received the Goods or confirmation of the return of the goods from the Buyer. After receiving the goods from the Buyer, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days from the date the goods were received from the Buyer. The money will be refunded to the same payment method used during the purchase or to a bank account specified by the Buyer, where the recipient is the specific Buyer. If the buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest shipping method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.
The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or for non-fulfillment or other types of non-fulfillment arising from circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
Orders can be canceled within one day after payment is made by contacting customer support.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
The online store is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or defects that arise within 6 months after the delivery date of the goods to the customer, or were present at the time of delivery, if such an assumption is not contrary to the nature of the matter or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods immediately and submit a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store, writing tosupport@mixo.lv
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the correction of the defects or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance contract. The Seller will provide a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the Buyer's personal data
The online store processes only those personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including news, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and the latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address that you provided when signing up for marketing communication. The Buyer has the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us by writing tosupport@mixo.lv.
8. Dispute resolution procedure
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the parties will resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer has the right to also approach the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
