Returns & Refunds

1. General provisions

1.1. These return policies apply to purchases made in the online storewww.mixo.lv, managed bySIA SR Logistics, reg. No.40203462776(hereinafter –Seller).

1.2. The rules are binding on the Buyer when placing an order in the online storeMIXO.LV.

2. Right of withdrawal

2.1. The Buyer –a natural person (consumer)– has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods14 kalendāro dienu laikāno preces saņemšanas dienas, nesniedzot paskaidrojumu.

2.2. Atteikuma tiesībasnav piemērojamas juridiskām personām.

3. Atteikuma tiesību izmantošanas kārtība

3.1. Lai izmantotu atteikuma tiesības, Pircējam 14 dienu laikā no preces saņemšanas dienas ir jānosūtaatteikuma paziņojumsuz e-pasta adresi:
support@mixo.lv

3.2. Pēc atteikuma paziņojuma nosūtīšanas Pircējam ir pienākums14 dienu laikāatgriezt preci Pārdevējam.

3.3. Precei jābūt:

• nelietotai (izņemot tik daudz, cik nepieciešams preces īpašību pārbaudei),

• not afraid,

• in full set,

• in original packaging (if any).

4. Return costs

4.1. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

4.2. If the item is damaged or does not match the order, the Seller covers the return costs.

5. Refund

5.1. The Seller refunds the Buyer the amount paid for the goodsno later than 14 daysafter receiving the returned goods.

5.2. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until:

• the item is received, or

• the Buyer has submitted proof of shipment of the item.

5.3. The money is refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made, or to a bank account specified by the Buyer.

5.4. If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the Seller's offered cheapest standard delivery method, the Seller is not obliged to compensate for the additional delivery costs.

6. Goods that cannot be returned

6.1. The following items are not accepted for return:

• personalized items;

• items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened;

• items that are damaged due to the Buyer's fault.

7. Reduction in the value of goods

7.1. If the item has been used, damaged, or is incomplete, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the reduction in the value of the item.
