    Shipping Info

    1. General Terms

    1.1. Delivery terms apply to purchases made in the online storewww.mixo.lv, managed bySIA SR Logistics, reg. No.40203462776(hereinafter –Seller).

    1.2. Delivery of goods is carried out only afterfull payment is received, based on an issued proforma invoice. For legal entities, post-payment is possible, please contact us by writing to support@mixo.lv

    2. Delivery Methods

    2.1. mixo.lvprovides the following delivery methods:

    • Delivery by courier to the specified address;

    • Delivery to DPD or Omniva parcel machines.

    2.2. Available delivery methods and their costs are indicated during the order placement.

    3. Delivery times

    3.1. Next to each product, theestimated delivery timeis indicated, which is shown on the product page and during the order placement.

    3.2. In rare cases, the delivery time may differ from the indicated one - depending on the warehouse and courier service load.

    3.3. If there is a delay or the product is delivered later than planned, ourcustomer support center manager will promptly inform the Buyerabout the new delivery time and possible alternatives.

    3.4. For timely delivery, please pay upon receiving the advance invoice immediately after receiving it.

    4. Delivery costs

    4.1. Delivery costs are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

    4.2. Accurate delivery costs are calculated and indicated at the time of order placement.

    5. Receipt of goods

    5.1. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the packaging of the shipment and the condition of the goods.

    5.2. If any damage or discrepancy with the order is found, the Buyermust immediately contact the Seller, by writing to:
    support@mixo.lv

    6. Undelivered or unclaimed goods

    6.1. If the Buyer does not pick up the goods from the parcel machine or is unreachable at the time of delivery, and the shipment is returned to the Seller,the Seller has the right to deduct the delivery costs from the refundable amount.

    6.2. Resending is only done after the Buyer's confirmation and payment of additional delivery costs.
