• 4-stage filtration (2 x mechanical, chemical, biological) ensures excellent water clarity and quality
• "CycleGuard" preserves the aquarium's biological balance by changing filter media independently, thus avoiding disruption of the nitrogen cycle and maintaining clean and healthy water when necessary
• The patented re-filtration system extends the contact time of the filter media so that the aquarium is cleaner, healthier, and biologically more stable
• Direct access to the chemical filter media – no need to remove the basket from the filter (less mess)
• The pre-filter intake strainer prevents thread algae and debris from entering the pump so that water flows evenly
• High-porosity 30 PPI mechanical foam improves filtration capabilities
• Adjustable flow control for precise regulation
• Quick and easy maintenance – the reconfigured filter media basket design provides a separate place for each cleaning stage, making the filter faster and easier to change
• The redesigned rotor configuration ensures smoother rotation, reduced vibration, and quieter operation
