A real helper in any emergency situation - especially when every second counts. "Victorinox" "Rescue Tool" was created and improved in collaboration with emergency medical and rescue services, thus implementing a five-year project. The main functions of this pocket tool are accessible in moments, and the tools are ready for use. All knife parts have undergone strict tests; especially the new glass breaker and the shatterproof glass saw.
The rounded seatbelt cutter can be used to cut seatbelts in critical situations - for example, when trapped in a car. All tools that need to be quickly accessible can be opened while wearing gloves and are suitable for use by both right-handed and left-handed individuals. The single-edged knife and sturdy screwdriver (can opener) are securely and firmly fixed in a position for easiest operation. "Rescue Tool" stands out due to its luminescent yellow handle and is highly visible in the dark. It can also be supplied with a bright red/yellow nylon handle and a wide belt loop suitable for special-purpose belts. When the window breaker or thesaw for cutting shatterproof glass wears outthey are easy to replace. The tool was nominated for the "Knife of the Year 2007" award.
