Longfin tuner RT4P Regulator - a thermostat draft regulator that allows setting and regulating the temperature in the boiler without using electricity. The device is simple and durable - the head is resistant to temperature and mechanical damage. The service is simple. Operating principle. General: The regulator controls the water temperature in the boiler using a thermostat head, increasing or decreasing the amount of air needed for fuel combustion in the boiler. Details: The regulator is installed by screwing the external 3/4" thread into a connection made on the boiler with 3/4". The thread is best sealed with hemp thread or Teflon tape. Then we connect the ash door lever to the chain set with the middle hand. An increase in boiler temperature changes the length of the thermostat spring and the movement of the measuring lever. The moving lever closes the ash door, restricting air entry into the combustion chamber - temperature drops. In case of a drop in boiler temperature, the regulator opens a gap in the ash door, which allows air to enter the combustion chamber, causing the temperature to rise.
