This radiator features a discrete, modern connection design with an integrated thermostatic valve and child-friendly rounded edges. Novello radiators are made of cold-rolled special sheet metal according to the EN 442-1 quality standard, with side covers and a top grille cover. They form a complete heating element. The panel sheet metal is ribbed every 33.3 mm. The convection sheet metal is welded to the sides of the internal water channels. The external surface treatment consists of degreasing, iron phosphating, passivation, rinsing and priming by cathodic electrodeposition according to DIN 55900 part 1, followed by firing. The final surface treatment includes high-quality electrostatic powder coating according to DIN 55900 part 2, followed by re-firing. Color – Stelrad 9016 white. As standard, radiators are supplied with Monclac strip fasteners that allow the radiator to be reversed and easily installed. They are a single unit with an integrated valve assembly, valve insert (without thermostat head) with integrated covers and vent. They are packed in shrink film with cardboard edge protection containing fasteners. The design complies with BAGUV safety requirements. Quality guarantee according to DIN ISO 9002.
