The GARDENA 9 V Bluetooth® watering valve allows you to water your garden automatically, wirelessly and therefore extremely conveniently. The 9 V Bluetooth® watering valve is ideal if you want to control your garden watering system automatically, especially in places where there is no power supply. It allows valves to be placed in various locations in the garden. Your tablet or smartphone with iOS or Android and the free GARDENA Bluetooth® app becomes a convenient remote control. For example, if your garden watering system is divided into different zones, you can now control and manage them separately at a distance of up to 10 meters and without a network or cable connection using Bluetooth®. The planning assistant will ask you a few questions and suggest the ideal watering combination. You can customize your watering schedule using up to six schedules with different start times, durations or specific days of the week when your plants will be watered. You can also set a rain break if needed. This ensures that your garden is not watered unnecessarily during a rainy week. This will benefit your plants and save water. The controller has a clearly visible button that you can use to start or stop watering manually. The desired watering time can be set in the GARDENA Bluetooth® app. In addition, a separately sold GARDENA soil moisture sensor can be connected if needed to save water for watering. The watering valve has a 1-inch female thread for easy installation in a separately purchased valve box. The 9 V Bluetooth® watering valve requires a 9 V alkaline battery to ensure reliable operation for at least one gardening season; operation is completely wireless and independent of a power source. The valve design is optimized for water flow with minimal water pressure losses. The Bluetooth® control unit has convenient LEDs that indicate the Bluetooth® connection, battery status and current watering status.
