Dūmas grill and smoker cleaner

Alkaline agent for washing burnt surfaces, for washing smokers and other heavily greasy surfaces and objects.

Used for cleaning smokers, bakeries, grill equipment and tools of public catering and food industry enterprises, for washing very greasy surfaces and dishes. A particularly strongly alkaline detergent. Foams well. Suitable for daily and periodic washing of heavily soiled surfaces. Used for washing with automatic equipment and manually. The surfactants contained in the composition reduce the tension of washing solutions and increase the washing of washing solutions. Dūmas is suitable for washing premises for keeping various livestock and poultry, floors, walls and ceilings, as well as non-portable equipment and transport.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:Shake the detergent before use. When washing smoker and bakery equipment, use a 3-5% detergent solution, for very greasy surfaces a 2-4% detergent solution, when washing in a dishwashing machine 0.5–2%.

Recommended washing solution temperature 50-70 °С. Spray or spread the detergent on the surface to be cleaned with a brush, wait 15-30 min., then scrub and rinse with water. If necessary, repeat the procedure. For washing the sewage system, pour 200–250 ml of detergent into the sink or bath opening, the sewage trap, wait 2–3 hours, then rinse with a large amount of water. Do not use for washing surfaces of colored metals that are not resistant to alkalis.
