LED LIGHTING
Newer models of kitchen hoods use LEDs that perfectly illuminate the hob and its surroundings. Compared to other lighting systems, LEDs are extremely economical, emit light similar to natural daylight, consume minimal energy and have an extremely long service life (up to three times longer). A properly selected and properly installed kitchen hood with LED lighting is an essential element of kitchen equipment not only from an aesthetic but also from a functional point of view.

More power, less noise
In today's homes, the kitchen is becoming a new center of attention, which in turn draws attention to the noise level produced by range hoods. Over the past few years, the efficiency of range hoods has improved significantly, and sound-absorbing materials are increasingly used in many Gorenje range hoods.

The extractor works by drawing in air saturated with steam and odors and, after filtering, pushes it back into the room. If there is no possibility to connect the hood directly to the ventilation duct in the apartment, a good alternative is to install a recirculation hood. The recirculation hood draws air through a carbon filter that effectively absorbs odors and water vapor, and then pushes the purified air back into the room. Recirculation hoods are easy to install and are a convenient solution for apartments in multi-family buildings, where it is usually difficult to install ducted hoods that need to be connected to ventilation ducts. The carbon filter must be replaced once or twice a year, depending on how often the extractor is used.
