PEUGEOT Salt grinder 22 cm acrylic traditional NANCY
Product description
Made from high-quality, clear acrylic, the Nancy grinders impress with their elegant lines and beautiful acrylic accents. The spices clearly visible inside the grinder are an additional element that will decorate any table or kitchen environment. The transparency of the grinder allows for quick and easy inspection of its contents and refilling if necessary. The grinder is very comfortable, lightweight, and easy to hold, and the smooth acrylic surface makes it easy to clean. Grinders in this style will perfectly complement modern interiors, kitchens, and dining rooms.
Peugeot grinders have been used in kitchens around the world for almost 200 years and have become an icon of French cuisine. A large part of the manufacturing process takes place at the PEUGEOT factory in Quingey, located in the Doubs department of Burgundy. Due to comprehensive production control, the grinding mechanisms of the grinders are covered by a lifetime warranty. They reflect PEUGEOT's unique heritage as a grinder manufacturer. This modern interpretation of the classic PARIS grinder shape clearly recalls the original design, which is a symbol of the brand.
Peugeot grinders use patented grinding mechanisms for various types of spices. Salt grinders can grind coarse, sea, and rock salt up to 4 mm granulation. Pepper grinders are equipped with a special mechanism with spiral-shaped blades, ensuring optimal grain feeding and grinding.
The grinding fineness of PEUGEOT grinders can be adjusted by traditional, stepless adjustment by tightening the knob on top of the body, or, if it is a "uSelect" mechanism, by selecting one of six grinding fineness levels (1 - for the finest, 6 - for the coarsest).
Peugeot's responsible environmental policy ensures that the wood used in the grinders is PEFC certified, and most of it is sourced from local forests in the Franche-Comte region. Only solvent-free paints and varnishes that are harmless to health and the environment are used for painting the bodies. Peugeot grinders are manufactured with the environment in mind.
The spice selection is marked on each grinder cap at the bottom. The letter P denotes pepper grinders, and the letter S denotes salt grinders.
If you would like to change or update the look of your favorite Peugeot grinder, or if you have accidentally lost the cap, we offer replacement grinder caps in various colors. This refined element is like a piece of jewelry for your table or kitchen.
