Birkmann bread baking set

Birkmann bread baking set 3 pcs.includes accessories needed for the subsequent stages of preparing homemade bread:

1. dough proofing basket,
2. bread baking pan
3. cotton bread storage bag

The set allows you to organize the entire process from dough proofing, through baking, to storing the baked goods.

Perforated bread pan 25 cm longmade of carbon steel, which conducts heat well. The holes in the surface of the pan help drain moisture during baking and help achieve a crispy crust. The non-stick coating makes it easy to remove the finished loaf. Intended for bread doughs and can be used in the oven at temperatures up to230°C .

Bread proofing basket 20 cm in diametermade of 100% natural rattan, provides conditions conducive to air exchange. Before first use, the manufacturer recommends generously dusting the basket and the dough with flour. The basket should be cleaned by hand and left to dry completely before storing in a cupboard.

Cotton bread bag 38 × 45 cm, for storing baked bread and other baked goods. The bag is made of 100% cotton. It can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C, on a delicate cycle and with a mild detergent. The manufacturer does not recommend using fabric softener or tumble drying.

Before first use, wash the pan, dry it thoroughly and lightly grease it. For contact with the non-stick coating, it is best to use accessories made of wood, silicone or high-temperature-resistant plastic. Do not use knives or other sharp objects. After baking, wash the cooled pan by hand in warm water with a mild dishwashing liquid and dry it thoroughly. The pan is not suitable for dishwasher washing.
