Kafijas dzirnaviņas Baratza Forte - AP (All Purpose)

The Forté AP (universal) is a high-quality grinder that will meet even the expectations of the most demanding users. Unlike the BG model, it offers the full range of grinding coarseness to fineness (including for espresso coffee) and has ceramic grinder burrs.

Burrs

Flat ceramic burrs made in Europe. Their advantage is greater durability compared to steel burrs, so their service life can be extended by up to twice as much. Grinder maintenance is extremely simple, as removing the burrs takes just a moment.

Design

The body is almost entirely metal, so it looks elegant. The ability to close the hopper makes maintenance easier when you don't want to empty it. At the front there is an LCD touchscreen for controlling the grinder.

Operation

On the control panel, you can control grinding by weight (with 0.1 g accuracy) or by time, and you can also select manual grinding. You can also program special control panel buttons. This is an on-demand type of grinder, so grinding takes place on demand – the coffee is ground just before brewing directly into a cup or thermos.

Grind adjustment

The control panel also has adjustment for grind fineness or coarseness. Forte offers 10 macro levels and up to 26 micro settings, for a total of 260 combinations. Forte AP is ideally suited for all coffee preparation methods – from espresso to French press and alternative methods such as Chemex, Aeropress, drip or siphon. The grinder can grind up to 3.7 grams of beans in just one second.

This product is supplied with an EU C/F type plug. Customers from the UK, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta may need an adapter.
