AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC119B33 is a two-zone induction hob with a total power of 3,300 W, capable of operating as two independent cooking zones or as one larger Flex (flexible) zone. The separate zones provide up to 1,800 W and 1,500 W of power, and 10 power settings – from P1 to P9 – together with the "B" rapid preparation mode allow the heating intensity to be adapted to the dish being prepared. The model operates at 220–240 V voltage and 50/60 Hz frequency, its dimensions are 52 × 30 × 7.2 cm, and it can be used as a countertop model or built into a cabinet.

Flex zone – larger cooking surface

The Flex zone function allows the use of a larger heating surface, which is useful when cooking in large, wide or elongated cookware. Depending on needs, you can also use two separate zones to prepare two dishes at the same time with different settings. This solution provides more flexibility both when quickly preparing everyday dishes and when preparing more complex dishes.

10 power settings

The hob offers 10 power settings from P1 to P9, as well as the "B" rapid preparation mode. Lower settings are ideal for tasks such as melting, warming and gentle simmering, while higher settings allow intensive frying or rapid preparation of dishes requiring high temperature. The "B" mode is intended for quickly bringing water to a boil and for situations requiring maximum heating intensity.

Stable temperature control

The IGBT technology used ensures precise temperature control and maintains a more stable heating level during operation. By reducing large temperature fluctuations, it is easier to control the cooking process, especially when frying or preparing dishes that require even heating. This allows users to more conveniently adapt the hob's operation to different types of dishes.

Timer and safety functions

The integrated timer allows the cooking time to be set for up to 99 minutes, making it easier to control the cooking duration without constantly checking the clock. The hob also has a control panel lock, overheating protection, automatic cookware detection and an "H" residual heat indicator. These functions help reduce the risk of accidental switching on or changing settings and warn when the surface is still hot after the hob has finished operating.

Built-in or countertop installation

AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC119B33 can be built in under a countertop or used as a freestanding hob, making it easy to adapt to various kitchen layouts. Its dimensions are 52 × 30 × 7.2 cm, and the required cutout should be 48.8–49 cm long and 26.8–27 cm wide. The black microcrystalline glass panel has a smooth surface, making ordinary kitchen dirt easy to remove after cooking.
