Nitecore UMS4 battery charger, USB
Use the Nitecore UM4 battery charger to quickly and safely charge up to 4 batteries simultaneously. The device charges with a total current of up to 4000 mA and is equipped with an LCD screen for convenient access to relevant information. It also stands out with wide compatibility. With its help, you can even revive deeply discharged batteries. The integrated USB port allows connecting the charger to various power sources.
Efficient charging
The Nitecore battery charger is compatible with QC power sources, so its total output current reaches up to 4000 mA. What does this mean in practice? Charging a single 3500 mAh battery to 80% takes just 55 minutes!
Battery recovery
The UMS4 will not only replenish the energy of compatible batteries but also allows the regeneration of deeply discharged IMR and Li-ion batteries. When a battery is inserted into the compartment, the code 'EE EE EE' will appear on the screen. To start the recovery process, simply press and hold the V button.
Thoughtful solutions
Due to the integrated temperature management system, you don't need to worry about the UMS4 overheating. Moreover, the device effectively dissipates heat, and after 3 minutes of inactivity, its screen automatically dims to save energy. The charger is made of durable and fire-resistant PC plastic. As a result, the device stands out for its durability and will serve you for a long time.
Quick access to important information
The integrated liquid crystal display will allow you to access the most important information about the charger's operation in real-time, such as the charging mode and time, as well as the battery type and voltage. You can also manually adjust the device's parameters using the C button. Simply press and hold to select the charging voltage (3.7 / 4.2 / 4.3 V) or amperage (300–3000 mA).
Several power options
UM4 has a USB port, so you can update its power using a compatible adapter or power supply. The charger can also be powered by solar batteries. You decide – charge as you please!
Usage safety
UMS4 provides a program optimized for IMR batteries. The device continuously monitors the charging process, among other things, displaying information about voltage. As a result, it not only protects IMR batteries from damage but also extends their service life. The charger also protects against short circuits and reverse polarity. Additionally, it automatically selects one of 3 charging modes (CC, CV, or -dV/dt) depending on the battery type and its capacity.
