MOES ZT-SY-RD ZigBee scene switch

MOES ZT-SY-RD is a multifunctional smart rotary switch that changes the understanding of home control. The device operates in two modes: as a scene controller that activates complex automations, and as a remote light dimmer for ZigBee bulbs. Using ZigBee 3.0 technology, it ensures a stable connection with the Tuya ecosystem while consuming minimal energy. Thanks to its compact dimensions (40 x 29 mm) and battery power, you can install it anywhere, gaining intuitive control of lighting, temperature, or blinds.

Intuitive gesture and rotation control

Forget conventional buttons. MOES ZT-SY-RD offers as many as five different interactions: single, double, and long press, as well as rotation and press with rotation. This allows assigning multiple functions to one compact device – from turning on the light to precise brightness adjustment or changing the lighting color.

Smart scenes

In scenario mode, the switch acts as a trigger for smart daily actions in the Tuya Smart app. With one click, you can activate the "I'm home" mode, which simultaneously turns on the light and the air conditioner. And by turning the knob, you can, for example, close the blinds and turn on the water heater before a shower. All of this happens without taking your phone out of your pocket.

Remote light dimmer

The switch offers special support for remote mode for direct control of ZigBee bulbs. In this mode, the knob acts as a precise dimmer – rotating sets the brightness, and pressing and rotating allows smooth adjustment of the color temperature (CCT). Note that advanced control functions, including setting colors from the RGB palette (by pressing and holding for more than 3 seconds), are available only for standard ZigBee bulbs.

Instant installation

Thanks to battery power (CR2032) and wireless connectivity, installation requires no drilling into walls or running wires. You can stick the switch to a nightstand, by the door, or simply place it on a coffee table.

ZigBee 3.0 network stability

For proper operation, the device requires a ZigBee gateway, which ensures significantly greater stability and speed than Wi-Fi solutions. The use of the ZigBee 3.0 protocol guarantees that automations work reliably, and the switch does not overload your router, ensuring a range of up to 50 m in open space.
