Main use– in alarm systems as a device controlling the operation of other system devices, such as sensors, blocking zones and detectors, or as a panic button. The receiver can be used as equipment that remotely controls the operation of these devices: gates and barriers, electromagnetic locks, lights, etc.

Compatibility with other devices– both the receiver and the remote control of the RSU-KO2/2 set work with any other device manufactured by GORKE. There are no technical restrictions when creating other sets. The remote control can control any number of receivers if it is programmed in the receiver's memory.

Operating range– the range specified below applies to open space (without any obstacles, when the receiver and the transmitter can "see each other"). If there are obstacles between the receiver and the transmitter, it should be assumed that the range will decrease: for wood and mesh it will be 5–20% lower, for bricks – 20–40%, and for reinforced concrete – 40–80% lower. If there are many obstacles, we recommend configuring the devices using SH-class receivers, using repeaters or stronger remote controls. If there are metal obstacles, it is not recommended to use radio systems. In such a situation, consider installing the WLC 201 module, which will help avoid the problem. The dual value given in the transmitter's technical specification applies to interaction with different types of receivers. The first value (lower) applies to RSU-type super-reactive receivers, the second (higher) – to superheterodyne receivers, such as OPC, IDO.

Receiver memory capacity– in the factory version, the receiver of the RSU-KO2/2 set has a small memory (14 remote controls). To use systems with more than 14 remote controls, the S option (113 transmitters) must be used. It should be remembered that for these receivers, even deleting a single remote control from memory involves the need to reprogram those that should remain in the system. For this reason, we recommend using identifying receivers (e.g., IDO 500) in large systems (several dozen or even hundreds of remote controls), as they allow transmitters to be deleted individually from the receiver's memory.

Receiver operating mode:monostable mode – when the button is pressed, the relay opens for a set time. Bistable mode – upon receiving a signal from the remote control, the relay switches to the other state.

Hopping code– the radio transmission between the transmitter and the receiver is based on a hopping code ("KEELOQ®", manufacturer "Microchip Technology Inc."), which guarantees a high level of security in use and resistance to radio signals received from other devices. Each transmitter has its own individual code. The receiver responds only to those transmissions that come from transmitters programmed in its memory.

433.92 MHz frequency– the devices operate at a frequency of 433.92 MHz. No special permits or allowances are required to use this frequency band.
