The sensor measures 8 parameters and is very easy to use. Thanks to it, you can easily and quickly check the air quality in a given location. The sensor has 5 high-quality built-in laser detectors that ensure very accurate measurements. In addition, the color coding of the measured parameters (PM2.5, HCHO, TVOC) informs us about air quality. This allows any user to easily read the indicators even without knowing the recommended standards, because the colors tell you everything. Color coding parameter according to the standard: yellow - slightly exceeded the standard; red - significantly exceeded the standard, dangerous level. The sensor allows measuring the most important and harmful dust particles: PM1 - extremely fine particles with an aerodynamic diameter of less than 0.1 μm; PM2.5 - atmospheric aerosols (suspended dust) with a diameter of no more than 2.5 μm; PM10 - a mixture of particles suspended in the air with a diameter of no more than 10 μm; HCHO - formaldehyde - methanal; TVOC - organic compounds and the overall air quality index - air quality index - AQI; air temperature (from -20 to +70 degrees Celsius); air humidity (from 0 to 100%). The sensor also displays the date and time. The sensor has a built-in battery that allows operation for up to 2 hours without charging. Charging is done via a USB cable (included) from a computer or tablet USB port or from a 230 V mains using a suitable adapter (not included; purchased separately). Charging time from a computer USB port is approximately 2 hours. The sensor is a mobile device that allows measuring air quality anywhere without requiring a power source or additional cables. The screen displays air quality in mg/m³ and µg/m³. Units are shown next to the measured parameters on the LCD screen. The sensor has a built-in fan that ensures proper cooling of the sensor control system. This ensures stable operation over a long period. If the safe dust concentration is exceeded, the sensor triggers an audible alarm. The sensor also allows adjusting the readings by increasing or decreasing the displayed measurement in the appropriate units. Device control: To turn on the device, simply press the button below the LCD screen (power switch) for about 2-3 seconds until an image appears on the screen. The sensor then starts operating. Nothing else is needed. At this point you can press the SET button and change the settings of the measured parameters (recommended only when required by the environment). When turning on the sensor for the first time, you also set the date and time of the sensor display. Briefly pressing the button below the LCD screen (power button) allows you to change the screen layout (a total of four screen views are available). To turn off the sensor, simply press the button below the screen again for about 2-3 seconds. If the device's battery runs out, connect it to the charging port using the included USB cable and wait for the device to charge. Optimal measurement is obtained approximately 5-10 minutes after turning on the sensor, during which the dust level in a given location stabilizes. Measuring temperature takes approximately 15 minutes. During measurement, the sensor should be placed in the designated location and not moved. Measurements taken while moving will be less accurate because air quality changes due to external factors such as wind gusts. Setting the date and time To set the date and time, press the SET button and go to the settings menu. Then briefly and repeatedly press the SET button until the text Time setting at the bottom of the screen lights up red. Then use the on/off button to select the time setting option, and then use the arrow buttons to set the date and time. Finally, confirm everything and exit the settings.
