The compact and wireless Ajax MotionProtect motion detector recognizes only human movement and detects motion at a distance of up to 12 meters. You can control and change the settings of the Ajax MotionProtect motion detector using the Ajax Security System app right on your smart device or computer screen.*

Will recognize an intruder from the first step
Thanks to SmartDetect technology, the Ajax MotionProtect motion detector detects human movement as soon as a person enters the device's detection area and instantly transmits an alarm. The motion detector recognizes human movement from a distance of 12 meters, while it does not detect the movements of pets or drafts.

Long distance is no obstacle
Thanks to the unique Jeweler communication technology, the Ajax MotionProtect motion detector can be mounted up to 1700 meters away from the Ajax Hub smart hub.

100% protection
Ajax MotionProtect has special protection against methods used by criminals to jam security systems – signal jamming is prevented by a unique system that uses an encrypted signal. The smart hub also continuously checks the detector's operation by periodically sending signals.

Easy to install and manage
You can connect the Ajax MotionProtect motion detector to the Ajax security system using a smart device by scanning the QR code on the packaging and completing a few steps in the Ajax Security System app. In addition, thanks to special SmartBracket mounts, you can very easily attach the detector to vertical surfaces.

Long-lasting battery
The Ajax MotionProtect motion detector uses a standard replaceable CR123A battery. The device uses energy extremely efficiently, so a single battery will last up to 7 years.

* The Ajax MotionProtect motion detector is not a standalone device. To take full advantage of its capabilities, it must be linked to the Ajax Hub smart hub. You also need a smart device with Android 4.1, iOS 9 or a newer version of these operating systems.
