World-renowned specialist Gavin Reid in his book focuses on children, adolescents, and adults suffering from dyslexia. Explains the nature of this disorder and is multifaceted, characterized by biological, cultural, and linguistic factors. Here, various aspects of the education system (school management, curricula, government policy, styles, and learning strategies) are presented, which influence the lives and education of students with reading difficulties. The author argues that solving problems related to dyslexia primarily depends on whether an effective learning method and appropriate teaching approach are created. The awareness of teachers, school leaders, and government representatives is constantly increasing, and this is a refreshing signal. At the beginning of the 21st century, we saw that many governments actively sought experience in this matter, and then, thanks to the work of professional groups and changes in legal acts, conditions were created for new education system regulations to provide conditions for students with special needs, e.g., dyslexic children. [] We must in no way ignore parents in our considerations. They have much to offer, and their experience, reflections, and support prove to be invaluable to schools. Perhaps this collaboration is the key to success. Scientific research results provide knowledge, but actual impact on the situation can be achieved through effective communication between home and school. Fearless sharing of ideas has invaluable value.
