The 'Bublaki Maker BM-A2T' is a high-quality, modern 200 W machine for producing air fillings. You can make as much filling as you need yourself. Air cushion filling devices are an effective way to protect parcels and their contents during transport. This device welds cushions/pads with compressed air, so one pad becomes flexible and perfectly replaces thin bubble wrap or less economical packaging filling solutions such as foam.

Easy to use – control panel

The built-in controller has an LED screen showing current values. On the panel, you can select the speed mode (fast/slow) and adjust temperature and pressure. Control is simple and intuitive.

Two speed modes

The BM-A2T device has 2 speed modes. Slow allows producing up to 6 meters of ready-made air pillows or pads, while fast efficiently produces up to 16 meters of fillings.

Machine you can take anywhere

The device can safely be called portable due to its low 8 kg weight and compact dimensions of 35 x 17 x 25 cm. Thanks to the fully metal housing and high-quality electrical components and assemblies, no storage conditions pose a threat to it.

Hands-free operation – foot pedal

Solid comfort. The set includes a foot pedal, allowing easy starting and stopping of filling production. This simple solution will let you use your hands freely.

Easy to install and operate the machine

The first setup is very simple. You just need to screw three elements (feed roller, guide, and foot) with a hex key. Then plug into the power source, set the appropriate parameters, and the machine can start working. (We place the film roll on the large roller, insert the material start between the guides, stretch it over the nozzle, and press the 'INPUT' button until the film passes to the other side of the mechanism by about a dozen cm. Select the appropriate speed mode, adjust pressure and temperature, and press the 'START' button).
