Highly popular, economical, solid manganese-silicon wire coated with unalloyed copper, SG2 SPG3S class, for welding in all positions of structural, boiler and shipbuilding low-carbon steels and fine-grained carbon-manganese steels in a gaseous protective atmosphere.
It can be used with Ar/CO2 mixture and pure CO2 as protective gases.
Tysweld wire is produced exclusively by precision winding and is wound on metal and plastic spools.
An adapter must be used for metal spools.
The wire is manufactured according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 quality system and is widely used in engineering, automotive, petrochemical, boiler and shipbuilding, container industries, etc.
The wire features a stable arc, good bead appearance, and very low spatter.
Recommended as the primary welding wire for ordinary steel.
