Teleskops Levenhuk New Skyline PLUS 130/650P SQ2
Apraksts
Levenhuk New Skyline PLUS 130/650P SQ2 offers an ideal balance, providing a wide field of view, bright image, and compact size. It is easy to take with you on a countryside car trip. The 130 mm aperture and 650 mm focal length are sufficient not only for exploring the lunar surface but also for searching for star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies. For many observers, these objects are considered the gateway to professional astronomy.
Everything needed for observation is already in the box
This telescope is a great gift for yourself or your loved ones for any occasion. The kit already includes all necessary optical accessories, an equatorial mount with manual control, and a sturdy steel tripod. Simply assemble the telescope, point the right ascension axis at Polaris, choose an eyepiece, and you are ready to observe.
Optical capabilities
The telescope comes with SUPER 25 mm and 10 mm eyepieces, which provide 26x and 65x magnifications, respectively. What you will see and how much detail you will get depends on the chosen eyepiece.
With 26x magnification, you can see the entire Moon at once. Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars appear as bright white, yellow, and orange dots, with hints of their disks. The 25 mm eyepiece is best for observing star clusters such as the Pleiades. They appear as sparkling sparks scattered across the black background. The Andromeda Galaxy is similar to a large, hazy oval cloud with a bright core. The Orion Nebula appears as a misty patch around a chain of stars called the Trapezium.
With 65x magnification, much more detail is visible. On the Moon, you can see craters ranging from 3 km to 5 km in diameter, including famous ones such as Copernicus, Plato, and Aristarchus. You can also see valleys in the Lunar Alps and rays from the Tycho crater. On Jupiter, the equatorial belts are clearly visible, and Saturn reveals its rings with the Cassini division on a calm night. The 10 mm eyepiece is excellent for studying double stars, allowing Albireo, Mizar, and Alcor to be resolved into individual stars.
Main advantages of the system
The first advantage is the parabolic shape of the primary mirror. It ideally collects light rays at a single point, which eliminates spherical aberration, improves the visibility of faint objects, and increases image sharpness.
The second advantage is the adjustment screws built into the design. They allow quick and easy adjustment of the mirrors periodically so that the image remains consistently sharp. This feature is especially useful if you plan to frequently travel into nature with the telescope. Even a smooth car ride can misalign the optical elements. Adjustment screws help quickly solve such problems.
Key features:
- The EQ mount compensates for the Earth's daily rotation. You can easily keep an object in view as it moves across the sky.
- The telescope is ready to use immediately after unpacking. Accessories, mount, and tripod are included.
- Find nebulae, galaxies, and star clusters in the sky. Deep space is much closer than it seems.
- Discover the lunar surface in impressive detail. Craters, mountain ranges, and seas will no longer be just pictures in an atlas.
- The parabolic primary mirror collects and focuses light properly. Even faint objects become recognizable.
- Collimation screws speed up the adjustment process. Enjoy a clear and sharp image in any conditions.
