SkyWatcher EQ5 PRO SynScan GoTo computerized mount is designed for tracking celestial objects for both visual observation and astrophotography. It is an accurate, reliable and sturdy mount that will help keep the found object precisely in the center of the lens for a long time and without "shaking". Computer-controlled R.A. and DEC motors on both axes. This is an excellent device for a beginner astrophotographer and for an enthusiast to quickly find the desired object in the sky. A convenient hand controller with adjustable illumination intensity or a phone app contains a database of over 42,900 celestial objects. So you will easily find even the faintest celestial objects and will be able to track them accurately. Each axis (R.A. and DEC) has aluminum graduated rings for precise setting of object coordinates. There are also two additional adjustable axes – azimuth and altitude. A place for a polar scope is provided on the base of the mount for precise alignment of the mount.
