Levenhuk New Skyline PLUS 8" Dobsona teleskops (200/1200)
Apraksts
Levenhuk New Skyline PLUS 8" Dobsonian telescope, designed for deep sky and planetary observation, reveals its capabilities best under completely dark skies. It is an ideal companion for stargazing on countryside trips or near remote homes, where its large aperture can show the most from space. This telescope allows you not only to discover objects but also to examine their interesting details. You will be able to distinguish lunar craters only 2 km in diameter, notice the "spokes" in Saturn's rings, observe cloud and dust storms on the surface of Mars, and see Jupiter's four largest moons not just as points of light but as small, clearly visible disks. It can reveal complex structures in nebulae and galaxies, turning globular clusters into fields of crowded stars. The telescope's capabilities are highly valued by both beginners just starting to explore the universe and experienced observers who are already well versed in observation instruments.
The Levenhuk New Skyline PLUS 8" telescope has a 204 mm aperture and a 1200 mm focal length. Its optical elements are made of BK-7 glass, which is valued for its high homogeneity and clarity. The primary mirror is parabolic in shape. This helps to efficiently collect light rays, correct spherical aberration, and deliver a clear, flawless image. With an aluminum coating that provides 92–95% reflectance, the mirrors produce a bright, high-contrast image. This ensures high system performance and helps observe very distant, bright, or low-reflectance objects. Aluminum coatings are excellent for a wide spectral band, from ultraviolet to infrared, making them well suited for various astronomical observations. The focuser can accept accessories with a 2" or 1.25" barrel diameter.
The telescope is mounted on a sturdy, manually controlled Dobsonian mount made of high-quality finished wood. For optimal performance, the telescope is recommended for use in a temperature range from −5°C to +35°C. The Levenhuk New Skyline PLUS 8" kit includes essential accessories: two Plössl eyepieces (10 mm and 25 mm, 1.25") and a red dot finder.
