When all available connections in a data network are occupied, problems arise as soon as new subscribers appear. One solution would be to lay additional cables, as well as install more distribution panels and boxes. However, this sometimes proves very difficult and expensive due to poor access to installation ducts.Modular T-Adaptors Cat.5e allow duplicating connections without interfering with existing network structures. This solution is possible for Ethernet, Token Ring and Ethernet/ISDN network topology combinations in various shielded or unshielded versions. Important: each adapter must be connected to the patch panel (2 inputs from the hub) and data output (2 outputs to the terminals)!The adapter, which is built into a plastic housing, splits the connected 8-wire RJ45 output into two sockets, each with 4-wire pins. The 15 cm long connection cable has an RJ45 plug that is inserted into the output of the box and/or distributor. Then the connection cables to the subscriber and/or another distributor socket are inserted into the two RJ45 sockets at the adapter output. Subscriber outputs are marked with colored mounting symbols for data and/or telephone connections. The label plate under the transparent cover has space for marking the outputs. On the bottom side of the adapter housing there is a label with information about pin assignment, so that the distributor construction can be accurately traced if additional actions are needed.
