EX-1196HMS is a metal USB 3.0/3.1 (Gen 1) hub compliant with the Universal Serial Bus (USB) 3.1 (Gen 1) specification and operating at data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps. It has one USB-C upstream port and seven downstream ports with 15 KV ESD surge protection for each port. Ports 1 and 4 have a new C-type socket. This allows connecting up to seven external USB peripherals to a single USB 3.0 port on a computer mounted in a 19-inch rack. It can be used for automation and office needs.
