The unique series network racks were developed for the convenient installation of active and passive network components along with tidy cable management. Each rack is made of up to 1.5 mm strong sheet steel, which ensures very good stability as a solid steel construction due to a special sheet metal bending technique. The colour is created by powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). Under certain conditions where the installation location is difficult to access, the rack can be dismantled. The doors can be easily removed and the door hinge changed from right to left. The roof is provided with an additional cover which has air vents for better air circulation. Furthermore, the roof is prepared for the installation of an air conditioning unit. Each network rack contains 2 pairs (4 pcs.) of 483 mm (19) profile rails, which are galvanized and have height unit markings inside (counted from both sides). They are variable in depth and connected with additional depth support bars for the installation of wide 483 mm (19) equipment. An important aspect of each installation is cable management. At the bottom of each rack, there is a sliding cable entry plate with a rubber seal. 26U shelves have two cable entries with brush strips on the rear above and below the door. In 800 mm wide cabinets, the cable management options are increased by additional cable entries with brushes on the left and right top and bottom of the chassis. Furthermore, vertical cable ducts with brush strips are mounted on the 483 mm (19) profile rails at the front (in cabinets from 800 mm width) on the left and right.
