MailPlus license pack\nSynology MailPlus license packs are intended for adding active email accounts to Synology MailPlus. By default, 5 licenses are installed on a MailPlus-supported Synology NAS, and additional licenses can be purchased according to business needs for additional email accounts. Licensing plan\nSynology MailPlus comes with 5 free email accounts and allows adding more accounts with additional purchased licenses. We offer two types of license packs to meet your needs: 5 or 20 email accounts1, both with perpetual validity2. Included licenses can be applied to only one Synology NAS and cannot be transferred3 to another Synology NAS once activated.\nIn addition, email aliases are not considered email accounts, so no license is required to use them. Notes:\n_____ After applying the purchased license key, all included licenses will be activated at the same time.\nActivated licenses remain valid permanently unless the registered Synology NAS is not functioning.\nIf there is a need for special license transfer (e.g., RMA products), contact the Synology support team for further assistance. \nTo find out the recommended number of active email accounts for each MailPlus-supported model, visit the product overview page and go to the model specifications page. High availability architecture\nNo additional fee will be charged for high availability support in MailPlus, and a single cluster includes 10 free email accounts by default. If you want to use more licensed email accounts, you must apply license keys purchased from Synology. For example, if you want to enable 25 email accounts in a high availability cluster, 15 additional licenses will be required. MailPlus Web Client and Mobile App\nThe MailPlus web client and its mobile app (available for Android™ and iOS) are free to use and will be regularly updated free of charge using MailPlus Server. License activation and account management\nTo apply the purchased license keys, you will need to log in to the Synology NAS as an administrator. Then open MailPlus Server and go to License to apply the keys (internet connection required). One license key can be applied to only one MailPlus-supported Synology NAS.
