DDR4 SDRAM(angļu:double-data-rate four synchronous dynamic random access memory) – ceturtā operatīvās atmiņas paaudze, kas attīstījusies no iepriekšējām DDR DRAM versijām. DDR4 tipa atmiņas tirdzniecībā plašai publikai sāka parādīties 2014. gadu rudenī. Iepriekšējā DDR3 versija parādījās tirgū 2007. gadā. Nākamā DDR5 paaudze būtu jāparādās 2019. gadā.

DDR3 plates/modules have 240 pins, while DDR4 uses 288 pins. DDR3 and DDR4 DIMMs are 5.3 inches (133.35 mm) long, but DDR4 pins are spaced wider (0.85 mm) than DDR4 (1 mm).
