Planet MGB-LB20

The MGB family consists of SFP (Small Form Factor Pluggable) transceiver modules specifically designed for high-performance integrated bidirectional data communication over single-mode optical fiber. These transceiver modules are compatible with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and are hot-pluggable. These modules can be easily installed into SFP MSA-compatible ports at any time without interrupting the operation of the main equipment. The MGB family of SFP Mini-GBIC Gigabit Ethernet modules can be installed in PLANET Switch products with SFP mini-GBIC interface. Deployment distance can be extended from 100 meters (TP), 550 meters (Multi-mode, LC) up to 120 kilometers (single-mode, LC). To meet the growing demand for industrial Ethernet fiber solutions, Planet releases the MGB-T series 1000BASE-SX/LX/BX transceivers, which can reliably operate in harsh electrical, complex climatic conditions, and a wide temperature range (-40–75 °C) environment. The MGB-T series 1000BASE-SX/LX/BX transceivers provide easy and fast 1000BASE-SX/LX/BX connectivity for Planet's temperature industrial equipment.
