xTool WonderPress V1.0 – is an automatic heat press machine providing up to 100 kg of pressure, up to 75 mm working gap and precise parameter adjustment in 1 kg and 1 °C steps. This allows adapting settings to various materials and performing transfers onto thicker items such as sweaters. The device is also the base of the modular WonderPress 3-in-1 system, designed to work with heat press, 3D forming and craft oven modules.

Up to 100 kg pressure and space for thicker materials

Automatic pressure up to 100 kg allows performing demanding transfers without manually pressing the material. A maximum working height of 75 mm provides extra space for thicker and bulkier items, expanding the possible uses of the press. Parameters can be precisely adjusted in 1 kg and 1 °C steps, making it easier to choose the right pressure and temperature for a specific material and transfer type.

Even heating and more efficient production

The design features twice as dense heating tubes, ensuring more even heat distribution across the entire plate surface without cold zones. This helps maintain consistent conditions when working on consecutive projects. WonderPress also has a two-station system that allows you to prepare the next item while the previous one is still being pressed, thus increasing workflow efficiency when processing larger batches.

Precise positioning and convenient use

Laser guidance makes it easier to align projects correctly and helps maintain consistent positioning throughout production. Parameters can be adjusted using an intuitive rotary knob, and the settings available in the app further simplify device configuration. The main device is part of a 3-in-1 modular system, which also includes a 3D forming module for vacuum forming and 3D sublimation, as well as a craft oven with 3-layer air filtration for curing and baking processes. These modules expand the capabilities of the WonderPress system but are not included in this kit.
