QIDI Q2C 3D printer
The QIDI Q2C is a 3D printer designed as a fast and precise tool for working with a variety of engineering materials, offering a large build volume of 270 × 270 × 256 mm and a high printing speed of up to 600 mm/s, with acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s². The design, based on a sturdy metal CoreXY frame, ensures operational stability even during intensive toolhead movement, while the high-rigidity linear guide rail system on the X axis maintains smooth and precise movement over time. The system is complemented by a new 1.5 GT belt with increased tooth density, which reduces vibration and improves the surface quality of prints. Together with a hotend capable of reaching temperatures up to 370 °C, the printer is ready to work with advanced filaments, including carbon and glass fiber composites, and high-temperature-resistant materials such as PPS-CF.

Stable CoreXY design and precise movement
The use of a fully metal frame in a CoreXY layout helps reduce vibrations and maintain high structural rigidity even at high operating speeds. Together with high-rigidity linear guides, X-axis movement remains smooth and repeatable, which directly affects the dimensional accuracy of models. The drive system has been optimized to reduce vibration artifacts, making print surfaces smoother and more consistent.

Extruder and handling of demanding materials
The dual filament drive system together with hardened steel extruder components ensures stable and reliable material feeding. The design is optimized for use with engineering and abrasive filaments, allowing printing of materials such as carbon fiber or glass fiber composites without causing excessive mechanism wear. As a result, the device maintains repeatability even during long and complex projects.

Process automation and ecosystem support
The printer uses a next-generation leveling system in which the nozzle acts as a sensor. This allows precise measurement of the printer plate surface without offsets or additional probes, which increases first-layer accuracy and reduces the risk of errors. In the QIDI ecosystem, together with the QIDI Box (not included), there are also functions designed to automate filament management, including intelligent detection of certain system operating conditions, such as material feeding problems or filament tangling, which helps reduce the risk of failed prints.

Speed, screen and connectivity
The QIDI Q2C is designed as a high-speed production printer, offering printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s and high acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s², which significantly shortens project completion time. The device features a 4.3-inch touchscreen that facilitates control and management of operating parameters. There are also various connectivity options, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet, allowing integration into the network environment of workshops and production facilities.

Safety and operational control
The safety system is based on continuous temperature monitoring and the use of electronic protection measures that respond when deviations from the norm are detected. Therefore, the printer can automatically cut power in emergency situations, which increases safety during long and complex printing jobs.
