3D printer QIDI Q2C QIDI Q2C is a 3D printer designed as a fast and precise tool for working with a wide range of technical materials, offering a large build area of 270 × 270 × 256 mm and a high printing speed of up to 600 mm/s, with acceleration up to ≤ 20000 mm/s². The design, based on a rigid, fully metal CoreXY frame, ensures working stability even during intensive movement of the print head, while the high-rigidity linear guide system on the X axis maintains smoothness and precision of movement over a long period of use. All this is complemented by a new 1.5GT belt with higher tooth density, which reduces vibrations and improves the surface quality of prints. Together with a hotend reaching temperatures up to 370°C, the printer is ready to work with demanding filaments, including carbon and glass fiber composites and high-temperature materials such as PPS-CF. Stable CoreXY construction and precise movement The use of a fully metal CoreXY frame allows reducing vibrations and maintaining high structural rigidity even at high operating speeds. Together with high-rigidity linear guides, X-axis movement remains smooth and repeatable, which directly affects the dimensional accuracy of models. The drive system is optimized to reduce vibration artifacts, so print surfaces are smoother and more uniform. Extruder and control of demanding materials The dual film feed system together with hardened steel extruder elements ensures stable and reliable material feeding. The design is ready for work with technical and abrasive filaments, so materials such as carbon or glass fiber composites can be printed without excessive wear of the mechanism. As a result, the device maintains repeatability even during long and demanding projects. Process automation and ecosystem support The printer uses a next-generation leveling system in which the nozzle acts as a sensor. This allows obtaining a real measurement of the bed surface without offsets and additional probes, which increases first-layer accuracy and reduces the risk of errors. In the QIDI ecosystem, in cooperation with QIDI Box (not included in the kit), functions are also available that automate work with filament, including intelligent detection of some system operating states, such as material feeding problems or film tangling, which helps reduce the risk of failed prints. Speed, screen and connectivity QIDI Q2C is designed as a fast production printer, offering a printing speed of up to 600 mm/s and high accelerations up to ≤ 20000 mm/s², which significantly shortens project implementation time. The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen, facilitating control and monitoring of operating parameters. Various connectivity options are also available, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet, allowing integration into the network environment in workshops and production studios. Safety and work control The safety system is based on continuous temperature monitoring and the use of electronic protections that respond when irregularities are detected. As a result, the printer can automatically cut power in emergency situations, which increases safety of use during long and demanding prints.
