Longer LK10 3D printer

The Longer LK10 is a 3D printer designed for fast and convenient project completion. It offers a 225 × 225 × 265 mm build volume, print speeds up to 500 mm/s and a direct drive extruder with flow up to 25 mm³/s. A nozzle reaching 300 °C and a bed heated up to 110 °C allow the use of PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU filaments. Automatic levelling, automatic Z offset, filament end detection and power loss recovery make print management convenient. Wi-Fi, LAN and USB connections, as well as compatibility with Windows and Mac computers, allow convenient print management.

Fast direct drive extruder

The printer is equipped with a direct drive extruder with a precise gear mechanism, ensuring smooth material feeding even when printing at high speed. The High-Flow Hotend system reaches a volumetric flow of up to 25 mm³/s, making it possible to obtain high-quality models even when carrying out more complex projects. A maximum print speed of up to 500 mm/s allows printing time to be shortened without losing detail.

Less vibration and ghosting

Klipper software with the Vibration Calibration function ensures smooth operation of the device. Input Shaping technology reduces ghosting and wall ringing, ensuring that models remain accurate even at high speed. This solution results in a more aesthetic appearance of prints and greater consistency of details.

Wide selection of supported materials

A nozzle temperature reaching up to 300 °C and a print plate heated to 110 °C allow printing with many popular 1.75 mm filaments. The printer supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU, making it suitable for both simple decorative models and more durable functional parts. Adjustable layer height from 0.1 to 0.4 mm allows print quality and speed to be adapted to a specific project.

Automatic calibration

The LK10 has automatic heated build plate levelling and an automatic Z offset function that automatically sets the correct distance between the nozzle and the build surface. This solution reduces the need for manual configuration and allows printing to start faster. The control system "insert the heated film, click print and go" allows even less experienced users to use the device.

Sensorless homing

The printer uses a sensorless system that performs X and Y axis positioning directly without traditional mechanical limit switches. Stepper motors detect resistance and automatically determine the axis position, which simplifies the device design and reduces the number of wear-prone components. This solution also contributes to more stable operation of the entire system.

Safe printing

The power loss recovery function allows printing to resume from the last saved layer, thus reducing the risk of losing working hours. The filament end sensor monitors material flow in real time and stops printing when an empty spool is detected. The object exclusion function allows cancelling the printing of one defective model without interrupting work on the remaining items on the print plate.

Easy control and connectivity

The intuitive, multilingual touchscreen simplifies daily operation and provides quick access to settings. The printer supports Wi-Fi, LAN and USB flash drive connectivity, so you can conveniently transfer files and manage prints in various ways. Compatibility with Windows and Mac systems, as well as support for STL, OBJ and STEP formats, allows convenient model preparation in popular software and the OrcaSlicer slicer.

Metal construction

The metal frame increases the rigidity of the structure and reduces vibration when printing at high speed, which has a positive effect on print quality. The printer dimensions are 423 × 437 × 492 mm and the weight is 8.3 kg, so it is compact and can be used on a desk, in a studio or in a workshop.

Dual Z axis

The dual Z-axis system with two independent motors and trapezoidal screws ensures smooth movement of the head. This solution improves printing precision, increases dimensional repeatability of models and reduces the risk of X-axis sag during long operation.
