Additionally, the punchboard figures have been replaced with mini cards, making them easier and more efficient to store and set up. But that's not all the cards - this edition still boasts plastic gold pieces, as well as a 3D plastic crown to pass to the players.WITH THE SAME GREAT GAMEPLAYAlthough the game's packaging has changed, "Citadels Revised Edition" has retained the strategic and cunning mechanics beloved by players. Some allow you to earn more profit depending on which districts your city has, while others let you sabotage your fellow players in various ways.After choosing the round's characters, players can build districts in their city by playing district cards, replenish their gold reserves for future city building by taking gold tokens from the bank, and use their character's special ability to help implement their plans. The strategy of when to build districts and what type of districts to build is very important. Built districts will greatly contribute to your position at the end of the game, as the player whose city is built best will be crowned the winner. Plan, create intrigues, and deceive while trying to predict your opponents' actions and thwart their plans.
