Multicolored pigments used to create these colors give them a vivid metallic sheen, and their glass coating acts like a prism, refracting light. Each flake shows different colors depending on the viewing angle and incident light. The color shift effect can be seen under both high and low gloss, as well as under different lighting conditions, and the intensity increases when the colors are applied to a curved surface. Best results are achieved on a glossy black base. “Artisan” 77.091 – “Cosmos Dust”, 8 x 17 ml Manufacturer – “Artisan Palette” – “Artisan” sets Quantity – 8 pcs.
