Place the coffee maker on a flat surface, grip the handle and remove the plunger from the jug. Add coarsely ground coffee - about one heaped teaspoon for every 120 ml of water. Then pour hot water (approx. 92–96°C) and stir gently. Put on the lid with the plunger, positioning it to close the spout and maintain the infusion temperature. After about 4 minutes, slowly press down the plunger, separating the grounds from the coffee. Finally, turn the lid to allow pouring and pour the beverage into cups.

Before first use, wash the coffee maker in warm water with detergent and dry thoroughly.
