This mounting plate kit is designed for quick switching between horizontal and vertical mode without adjusting the optical center of the lens. It locks onto the bottom of the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw and anti-twist pin, maintains full access to the flip-up LCD screen and ports, and features built-in pads to prevent scratches and twisting. Compatible with Arca-type / Manfrotto RC2 tripods, the mounting plate can be rotated 90 degrees by unlocking the knob to switch between horizontal and vertical shooting. Its 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes on the bottom also support Handle 2093C etc. for increased stability in handheld mode. The base plate can be used separately to meet your various needs, and the hinged handle near the battery door fits snugly against the camera body for better grip. It also includes a strap slot, a 1/4"-20 threaded hole for a wrist strap, a quick-release plate, etc.; and a magnetic double-ended wrench for easy installation and removal.




 

FEATURES

- Supports lens adapter ring with an outer diameter of less than 63mm. Remove the lens adapter ring support (if any) first.
- This product is not compatible with Tamron lenses with USB-C connection, e.g. Tamron 20-40mm f/2.8 Di III VXD (Sony E, Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 (Sony E, Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD (Sony E) Sony E, Tamron 50-400mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD (Sony E) Sony E).
- Not compatible with Sony compact lenses, e.g. Sony FE 24mm f/2.8 G, Sony FE 40mm f/2.5 G
