Powerful home ice cream maker with self-cooling for making up to 2.5 litres of ice cream. Made entirely of high quality stainless steel including removable container. The ice cream maker has new advanced features in the form of setting, monitoring and controlling the firmness of the resulting ice cream during the preparation process and after completion when keeping the ice cream cool. The final consistency of the ice cream can also be controlled by adjusting the speed of the mixing whisk to produce a more fluffy, fuller-flavoured ice cream.

Setting and monitoring of ice cream stiffness by measuring the resistance of the whisk
Mixing speed adjustment function: the more revolutions per minute, the fluffier the resulting ice cream with fewer ice crystals and more intense flavour
Motor protection function: switches off the motor when overload is caused by ice cream that is too stiff
Automatic post-program cooling function: for the next 2 hours, the ice cream maker maintains and monitors the ice cream's correct firmness and cools it down as needed
