Sennheiser BTD 700

Premium sound for music enthusiasts and gamers alikeWirelessly connecting headphones to signal sources is arguably the dominant way to listen today. You'll appreciate the BTD 700 USB adapter when you find that the transmission capabilities of your audio signal source are qualitatively inferior to the technical and reproductive maturity of the headphones you're wearing. Not all signal sources (mobile phones, PCs and game consoles) provide sufficient Bluetooth transmission quality to take full advantage of the acoustic levels of newer headphones. The Sennheiser BTD 700 dongle/transmitter is able to solve this devaluing quality deficit, and thanks to Bluetooth 5.4, it is able to leapfrog the reproduction to audiophile levels by increasing the quality of the signal transmitted to the headphones. The transmitting dongle allows for alternative connections to both USB-A and USB-C connectors as it has a reducer in the set. The BTD 700 is designed for music lovers and PC gamers alike.Codecs aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless AudioBTD 700 has implemented advanced audio encoding technology - aptX Adaptive and also aptX Lossless Audio. The former supports 24bit/96kHz recording quality, the latter 16bit/44.1kHz. These are therefore lossless codecs. This information is important for audiophiles, lovers of music in Hi-Res or CD quality and listening quality reproduction. By plugging in this tiny USB transmitter, your listening will be at the maximum quality level available, without any loss or limitation in listening quality. In addition, there is also a very power-efficient LC3 codec, allowing you to transmit higher quality sound than conventional SBC and with less power required. For computer game players, the BTD 700 delivers excellent latency reduction to 30ms and parallel microphone signal transmission for communication between players. Conversely, for homeoffice work, it delivers a pleasantly perfectly intelligible and natural-sounding voice that will speed up getting through to anyone, whether it's a video call or a traditional call. Easy pairing with headsets on both PC or Mac is a nice feature. AURACAST technologyConnect the BTD 700 to expand the content you can receive with AURACAST (simultaneous streaming of publicly available sources). Connected via USB-C to your mobile phone, the BTD 700 opens up an ever-expanding range of public broadcasts with AURACAST technology, which allows you to share listening in public spaces such as airports, restaurants and churches. Another great advantage is that the signal transmitted from your source can be received simultaneously by a large number of headphones. For example, a large family, or perhaps movie friends in a retirement home, can all watch a movie or musical performance on the big screen at the same time on headphones from a single BTD 700 connected to a TV, PC or laptop and not disturb anyone in the same room.CompatibilityThe BTD 700's compatibility is broad, as it works with Windows 10 and above, macOS 12+, Android 13+, iPhone 15+, and the iPad as well. It is also compatible with MOMENTUM 4 Wireless, MOMENTUM True Wireless 4, ACCENTUM Wireless, ACCENTUM Plus Wireless, ACCENTUM True Wireless, MOMENTUM Sport. Gamers will be delighted with PS4 and PS5 compatibility.Package contents:USB dongle BTD 700USB-C/USB-A adapterQuick start guidesafety instructionsSpecificationsWeight of dongle: approx. 2.2 g, adapter: approx. 3 gVersion Bluetooth Bluetooth 5.4 compliant, class 1, 10 mW (max)Output voltage 4.75 to 5.25 VDimensions dongle: approx. 23.8 x 15.2 x 7.6 mm, adapter: approx. 25.69 x 15.2 x 7.6 mmSupported profiles HFP, A2DP, Auracast™Supported codecs Qualcomm® aptX™, Qualcomm® aptX™ Adaptive Audio, Qualcomm® aptX™ Lossless , SBC, LC3Support Sennheiser Transmitter Updater App (PC/Mac)USB 2.0 interfaceSupport for Windows 10 or higher | Mac OS V11 and V12 | Android 13 or higher | iPhone or iPad with USB-C
