Powerful Vigan Mammoth ESP4DG hot air food dryer in a new elegant design - cabinet with front closing door. LED display with convenient touch control on the dryer lid. The 400 W power input guarantees fast and efficient drying of fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, various meats, herbs and other produce. Also suitable for making homemade yoghurt.


The natural preservation of the dryer ensures the preservation of high levels of vitamins, trace elements and minerals (up to around 97% of the original amount), all without the use of chemicals. The opaque design of the dryer cabinet prevents direct access to light, which can have a detrimental effect on the preservation of nutrients in dried foods
