Self-cooling home ice cream maker in a modern design with a large touch panel and stainless steel body. The ice cream maker can make up to 1.5 litres of ice cream in 60 minutes and then keep the ice cream chilled for a further 2 hours. The ice cream maker has an advanced function with the possibility of setting, monitoring and controlling the final stiffness of the ice cream, or adjusting the speed of rotation of the mixing whisk. When the set stiffness is reached, the ice cream maker automatically switches to the maintenance phase of the program.
After switching to the yoghurt maker function, the machine can then heat the contents of the container to make a true homemade yoghurt from live yoghurt cultures in about 8 hours.

Setting and monitoring of the ice cream stiffness by measuring the resistance of the whisk
Mixing speed adjustment function: the more revolutions per minute, the fluffier the resulting ice cream with fewer ice crystals and more intense flavour
Motor protection function: switches off the motor when overload is caused by ice cream that is too stiff
Automatic post-program cooling function: for the next 2 hours, the ice cream maker maintains and monitors the correct ice cream firmness, cooling and mixing as needed
